Refund & Return Policy

I guarantee each of my private sessions. In the case of client dissatisfaction with the product or equipment malfunction, I am happy to reschedule their original session of the same length, theme & subjects. Please check out my blog or facebook galleries to see my work prior to scheduling.

  • I do not offer refunds for sessions due to dissatisfaction with my images; only exchanges for a similar session.
  • In case of equipment failure, I may choose to offer a refund or an exchange depending on the circumstances/type of failure.
  • The client must decide to exchange their session prior to receiving any final digital images when they review their proofs. No edited images from the session will be released.

For large groups, a maximum of 2 image downloads total is permitted (from all released files) if the clients desire a re-take. The initial session will be removed from my client login page & no further images will be released from the discarded session. If there are more than 2 downloads shown, I can no longer offer an exchange.

For one-time party or event photography, in case of equipment failure or other unforeseen malfunctions I may decide to offer a refund for the session.

In case of inclement weather, the session will be rescheduled prior to the time & date originally slotted.

Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled prior to the date if necessary. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be automatically billed the cost of their session prep, including props cost & time spent creating art to use in the shoot & it will be up to my discretion whether an appointment can be rescheduled. Because of the highly customized nature of my sessions, the time spent getting to know the client & communication prior, I don’t usually ever have a problem with this. Please be courteous & know that I am flexible if an issue arises.


I release digital files only. They are high quality, .jpeg image files that may be downloaded & used by the client to share with family & friends or made into prints. I am also partnered with White House Custom Colour which is the lab that offers products through my online store. The store is accessible through the private client galleries as a shopping cart icon with price lists. In the case that a client is upset with the quality or translation of the file onto a print, I cannot offer refunds or act as a third-party mediator between the printing service & the client.
